After 25 years, Robin Barton has been reunited with the police officer who saved his life just hours after he was born — a reunion that has also spawned finding Barton's biological parents.
Retired policeman Michael Buelna discovered Barton in a dumpster in Santa Ana, California, on Nov. 21, 1989, with his umbilical cord still attached, ABC 7 reports
